Yes. Any registered user can create a room by choosing a topic, setting a duration, and optionally adding a description. Other users can then discover and join your room.

If your account is suspended for violating our Terms of Service, it will be placed in read-only mode. You can view content but cannot send messages, create rooms, or interact with other users.
